HARASSMENT
Don’t be rude. Do not bully, intimidate, defame, harass or stalk other members. Nicole’s Vegas has a zero tolerance policy for abuse. Reports of harassment, intimidation and assault are taken very seriously. If someone blocks you, do not attempt to circumvent the block feature or try to communicate with them. Just stop.

VIOLENCE AND PHYSICAL HARM
You should never threaten to harm anyone through your words or physical actions. Inciting any form of physical or mental harm will not be tolerated. Inclusive of this, any content depicting violence, graphic or gory content is not allowed and will result in your account being moderated and may lead to your account being permanently banned.

DISCRIMINATORY BEHAVIOUR & HATE SPEECH
You should be respectful in every interaction with other members. There is no place in our community for hate speech, racism, or bigotry towards any individual or group, and will result in your account being permanently banned.

BE KIND ON YOUR Nicole’s Vegas PROFILE
Your profile should not contain content that is violent, abusive, rude, or defamatory. If you’re looking for some tips on how to craft a great dating profile that reflects who you really are, you can find them here.

BE KIND IN THE MESSAGES YOU SEND
Your messages to other members should always be kind. If your message is reported by another member, the offense will be investigated. Serious offenses will result in your account being banned.

BE RESPECTFUL
The foundation of all great relationships is respect. Lead with it.

NUDITY/SEXUAL CONTENT
Do not upload content that contains any nudity, sexually explicit or pornographic content to Nicole’s Vegas.

COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT
You should not post content that violates or infringes on anyone’s rights, rights of publicity, privacy, copyright, trademark or other intellectual property.

CUSTOMER CARE
Our team is here to support you and help make your Nicole’s Vegas experience as enjoyable as possible. You should never abuse or threaten Customer Care Representatives under any circumstances. Be respectful on your Nicole’s Vegas Profile.

PROFILE IMAGES
There are ground rules we expect you to observe when it comes to the types of images we allow on our platform.

Images that contain the following content will result in your account being permanently banned:

Nudity or sexually explicit imagery
Shows of violence, violent gestures, or gruesome imagery
Depictions of criminal activity or drug use
Racist or hate imagery
Images that contain the following are not allowed and will result in your account being moderated:

We have a zero tolerance policy where minors feature in photos. Please refrain from posting as we will remove them from your profile.

ATTACHING IMAGES TO MESSAGES
We understand that part of getting to know another person is through sharing images that speak to your personal and unique experiences. With that understanding in mind, you may attach any image you like, so long as it does not contain:

Nudity or sexually explicit imagery
Shows of violence, violent gestures, or gruesome imagery
Depictions of criminal activity or drug use
Racist or hate imagery

PROSTITUTION, ESCORTING, SOLICITATION, AND TRAFFICKING
Promoting or advocating for commercial sexual services, human trafficking or non-consensual sexual acts on Nicole’s Vegas is not tolerated and will result in your account being permanently banned.

PRIVATE INFORMATION
You should never solicit another member for their private information, which includes, but not limited to, information such as passwords, SSN / SIN, financial information, and home or work address. Any information regarding a member, public or private, shall not be used for business/commercial use or any other unlawful or nefarious purpose. To protect yourself and other members, you should never publicly or privately share private information that belongs to you or someone else.

ILLEGAL USAGE
This should go without saying, but do not use Nicole’s Vegas to do anything illegal. Any profile or message content depicting criminal activity will be taken very seriously and will result in your account being permanently banned.

BE SAFE
Use your best judgement and keep your personal safety top of mind. Always.

MINORS
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Nicole’s Vegas. If you are found to be underage, your account will be immediately removed and banned. In the event you encounter someone that has indicated they are under the age of 18, we ask that you please file a report to keep both them and our community safe.

Never display sensitive personal information on your profile that could compromise the personal privacy and safety of yourself or someone else. When messaging other members on Nicole’s Vegas, don’t share more than you are comfortable with. When in doubt, keep your communication within the Nicole’s Vegas app. If you choose to share your personal information, stick to sharing basic contact information only.

Reporting bad actors and users who do not adhere to our terms of service is straightforward and important, and can be done on the Nicole’s Vegas app by clicking “Report User” on the drop down menu when viewing the profile they wish to report. On the web, members can find the “Report User” button at the very bottom of the profile they wish to report.

BE REAL
When you’re free to be yourself, the right people take notice. Let’s take a stand for genuineness.

SCAMMING
Be human. Do not use Nicole’s Vegas to spam people, solicit money or business, or defraud people. Do not create accounts that impersonate another person or entity.

MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS
Do not create multiple accounts on Nicole’s Vegas, unless permission has been granted by our Customer Support Service staff. Inclusive of this, do not attempt to use an account that isn’t yours.

BE REAL ON YOUR Nicole’s Vegas PROFILE
All of the information in your profile should be truthful and about you only. Never attempt to mask characters, content, or game the system to get around our rules for content.

PROFILE IMAGES
All your profile images should be focused on you, with your face clearly visible.

Some exceptions are:

Sunglasses and hats are allowed as long as your entire face is visible in the image
Pets are acceptable as long as your face is clearly visible in the image
Images that contain multiple people are confusing to other members as they cannot tell who you are. For that reason, we may remove them
We ask all members to represent themselves truthfully through the use of clear unedited images. For this reason, images that are heavily edited or use filters (e.g. Snapchat) will be removed
Memes, Cartoons, and Text on images.
Memes certainly have a time and a place, but it’s not here. Images that contain overlaid text or watermarks are not allowed either and will be removed.
BE REAL IN THE MESSAGES YOU SEND
Be mindful in your first messages to someone. In real life you wouldn’t introduce yourself with your phone number, email address, Instagram handle, Snapchat or kik, so don’t do that here either. Nicole’s Vegas is not the place to promote external links in your messages or on your profile. Same goes for solicitation or commercial promotion of any kind.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION
Nicole’s Vegas reserves the right to investigate and, if necessary, terminate your account should one or more of the Community Guidelines have been proven to be violated. Nicole’s Vegas also reserves the right to terminate accounts, without refund, if these Community Guidelines were abused or our service was misused in any way.

OFFLINE BEHAVIOR / REAL LIFE
Being Kind, Safe, Respectful, and Real applies to not only your online experience but your offline experience as well. With that said, our Community Guidelines apply, and are enforced, both on Nicole’s Vegas and in real life. Meeting new people is exciting, but you should always be cautious when interacting with someone you don’t know. Use your best judgment and put your safety first, whether you are exchanging initial messages or meeting in person. While you can’t control the actions of others, there are things you can do to help you stay safe during your Nicole’s Vegas experience.

ONLINE SAFETY
– Never Send Money or Share Financial Information – Never send money, especially over wire transfer, even if the person claims to be in an emergency. Wiring money is like sending cash – it’s nearly impossible to reverse the transaction or trace where the money went. Never share information that could be used to access your financial accounts. If another user asks you for money, report it to us immediately. – For tips on avoiding romance scams, check out some advice from the U.S Federal Trade Commission on the FTC website or in the video below.

PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Never share personal information, such as your social security number, home or work address, or details about your daily routine (e.g., that you go to a certain gym every Monday) with people you don’t know. If you are a parent, limit the information that you share about your children on your profile and in early communications. Avoid sharing details such as your children’s names, where they go to school, or their ages or genders.

STAY ON THE Nicole’s Vegas PLATFORM
Keep conversations on the Nicole’s Vegas platform while you’re getting to know someone. Users with bad intentions often try to move the conversation to text, messaging apps, email, or phone right away.

BE WARY OF LONG-DISTANCE & OVERSEAS RELATIONSHIPS
Watch out for scammers who claim to be from your country but stuck somewhere else, especially if they ask for financial help to return home. Be wary of anyone who will not meet in person or talk on a phone/video call-they may not be who they say they are. If someone is avoiding your questions or pushing for a serious relationship without meeting or getting to know you first – that’s a red flag.

REPORT ALL SUSPICIOUS & OFFENSIVE BEHAVIOUR
You know when someone’s crossed the line and when they do, we want to know about it. Block and report anyone that violates our terms. Here are some examples of violations:

Requests for money or donations
Underage users
Harassment, threats, and offensive messages
Inappropriate or harmful behaviour during or after meeting in person
Fraudulent profiles
Spam or solicitation including links to commercial websites or attempts to sell products or services

PROTECT YOUR ACCOUNT
Be sure to pick a strong password, and always be careful when logging into your account from a public or shared computer. Nicole’s Vegas will never send you an email asking for your username and password information – if you receive an email asking for account information, report it immediately.

CONTACTING Nicole’s Vegas
Please remember Nicole’s Vegas will NEVER ask you for your password, to share your screen with us, or require payment to receive customer support. If you need to contact Nicole’s Vegas, we recommend you contact us at info@nicolevegas.com. Please do not call phone numbers found in a Google search. We do not provide general support over the phone, and support phone numbers found in a Google search do not belong to Nicole’s Vegas.

MEETING IN PERSON
Don’t Be In A Rush. Take your time and get to know the other person before agreeing to meet or chat off Nicole’s Vegas. Don’t be afraid to ask questions to screen for any red flags or personal dealbreakers. A Nicole’s Vegas chat (available in application), FaceTime, or Skype video call can be a useful screening tool before meeting.

MEET IN PUBLIC & STAY IN PUBLIC
Meet for the first few times in a populated, public place – never at your home, your date’s home, or any other private location. If your date pressures you to go to a private location, end the date.

BE IN CONTROL OF YOUR TRANSPORTATION
We want you to be in control of how you get to and from your date or party so that you can leave whenever you want. If you’re driving yourself, it’s a good idea to have a backup plan such as a ride-share app or a friend to pick you up.

KNOW YOUR LIMITS
Be aware of the effects of drugs or alcohol on you specifically – they can impair your judgment and your alertness. If your date tries to pressure you to use drugs or drink more than you’re comfortable with, hold your ground and end the date.

DO NOT LEAVE DRINKS OR PERSONAL ITEMS UNATTENDED
Know where your drink comes from and know where it is at all times – only accept drinks poured or served directly from the bartender or server. Many substances that are slipped into drinks to facilitate sexual assault are odorless, colorless, and tasteless. Also, keep your phone, purse, wallet, and anything containing personal information on you at all times.

IF YOU FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE, PLEASE LEAVE
It’s okay to end the date early if you’re feeling uncomfortable. In fact, it’s encouraged. And if your instincts are telling you something is off or you feel unsafe, ask the bartender or server for help.

SEXUAL HEALTH TO PROTECT YOURSELF
When used correctly and consistently, condoms can significantly reduce the risk of contracting and passing on STI’s like HIV. But, be aware of STIs like herpes or HPV that can be passed on through skin-to-skin contact. The risk of contracting some STIs can be reduced through vaccination.

KNOW YOUR STATUS
Not all STIs show symptoms, and you don’t want to be in the dark about your status. Stay on top of your health and prevent the spread of STIs by getting tested regularly. Here’s where you can find a clinic near you (US only).

TALK ABOUT IT
Communication is everything: Before you get physically intimate with a partner, talk about sexual health and STI testing. And be aware – in some places, it’s actually a crime to knowingly pass on an STI. Need help starting the conversation? Here are some tips.

CONSENT
All sexual activity must start with consent and should include ongoing check-ins with your partner. Verbal communication can help you and your partner ensure that you respect each other’s boundaries. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, and sex is never owed to anyone.
